SULL'OMBRA DI UN RICERCARE

The title refers to the Ricercare form of XVI-XVII centuries, where a theme was developed along the entire the piece through a counterpoint treatment. In this way we find the form of underlying Ricercare, since the subject is replaced by the development of materials, through ideas and defined gestures that evolve over time, repetitively and simultaneously varied, forming structures that remain in memory and allowing associations directly or veiled with each event counterpoint.
