Shipping and Delivery Times

The delivery times indicated below are calculated from Monday to Friday and may be affected by local or national holidays. They will also be impacted by the company’s annual vacation periods as indicated in the business hours.

If the chosen payment method is a bank transfer, these terms may vary, as the order will be shipped once the transfer has been completed.

During peak times such as Christmas, Epiphany, long weekends, or special promotions, we cannot guarantee that deliveries will be made within the usual timeframes due to the high volume of shipments handled by transportation agencies.

Totperlairemusic.com reserves the right to modify delivery times and shipping methods without prior notice in the case of special circumstances.

Material purchased in digital format will be sent, after confirmation of payment, to the email address provided in your customer profile.

Orders for physical (paper) products will have the following shipping costs and delivery times:

Mainland Spain and Portugal

Shipping costs: 7 euros (via CORREOS) – 12 euros (via transport agency)

Delivery time: 3 business days from shipment (CORREOS) - 24/48 hours (transport agency)

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, and Gibraltar

Shipping costs - CORREOS: 7 euros up to 3 kg. (For weights above that, please inquire about shipping costs)

Delivery time for the Canary Islands: 5-7 business days from shipment.

Delivery time for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, and Gibraltar: 3-4 business days from shipment.

Free Shipping

If your order exceeds 25 euros, we will send it to you FREE OF CHARGE. This promotion is valid only for shipments via CORREOS and only to Spain and Portugal. If you choose to ship via a transport agency, the order must exceed 50 euros and be shipped to mainland Spain or Portugal. If in doubt, please contact us.

We do not charge any handling fees, and the minimum order amount for paper format products is 10 euros (shipping costs not included).

Transport Agencies

We work with GLS and CORREOS. You can choose the company when placing your order, or, if you prefer, you can arrange for your own transport agency to handle the shipment. To do so, you must first contact us to coordinate the shipment. For business reasons and to improve service, we reserve the right to change transport companies without notice, always striving to ensure that the customer is not adversely affected.
