In the 1950s, three artists from Alcoi met in Paris: Amando Blanquer, Carlos Palacio and Adrián Miró. Their vital enthusiasm, humanism and their yearning for knowledge created a very special bond between them. When I had the pleasure of meeting them in the 1990s, it was a real discovery, offering a halo of hope in the profession of musician while being a formative reflection on humanity. All three of them spoke to me of humanity in art, respect, tolerance and sincerity. Behind every good artist there must be a good person. That dignity must be the wind that propels our vessel on this vital voyage. And that humility will set us free to approach the universe of art little by little.

To them is dedicated this humble, sincere piece, full of gratitude and admiration.
